Refund & Cancellation

This policy is governed by AHS Healthcare Private Limited for services provided under HealthKo.

1. Cancellation Policy

Users can cancel bookings up to 1 hour before the scheduled service time. In such cases, a 100% refund will be provided to the user.

2. Late Cancellation

If cancellation is made less than 1 hour before the scheduled service, no refund will be issued. This policy ensures fairness to our healthcare professionals who are dispatched to your location.

3. Refund Process

All eligible refunds will be processed within 7 (seven) working days.

The refund amount will be credited directly to the original payment method used at the time of booking.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Service already started or completed.
  • Cancellation made within 1 hour of scheduled time.
  • Incorrect or incomplete booking details provided by the user leading to service failure.
